Straughter Upholstered Bed

Nice looking bed but the instructions were brutal. Also, the charcoal colour has a hint of brown, so not as grey as I would have liked.

I bought the King size version of this. I put it together myself in about 2.5 hours. The instructions are not size specific and require a bit of guess work for the King size. Overall it seems quite comfortable and sturdy. My main issue with this bed was that the description on Wayfair indicates that the slats can be lowered by 6 inches. I would have liked to try this to see if the bed would work with my box spring. There appears to be no easy way to do this despite what the description indicates. There's certainly nothing in the instructions about it. It seems impossible to do since there are supports under the slats that are metal floor columns that have no way of being size adjusted. The side rails support for the slats are also pre-assembled and not easily reconfigured to lower the slat support. Works great with my mattress alone, but had I needed the slats to be 6 inches lower, it would have been an issue.

This bed was the perfect colour. We needed a dark smokey grey and it was exactly as the picture presented. Easy assembly and well packaged and protected for shipping.
