The unit itself is very nice but the draws and doors need an extra push to close. Also, edge of the butcher block where it folds over is unfinished and looks terrible. Otherwise, the unit is very appealing to the eye.

I like everything except the fact that the TOP IS NOT BUTCHER BLOCK. It looks like cheap hardwood flooring and does have some sort of finish/seal on it. The seal has already cracked in areas on mine and there is evidence of moisture damage from water that has seeped under the surface of the seal/finish. I REALLY wanted a butcher block top, and this simply is not... but everything else is as described.
