Very disappointed in the quality of this chair. The base had a chip out of it, holes did not lineup for assembly of the chair and the instructions were weak!

The chair was fairly easy to assemble. Seems to be made well, heavy construction and a very nice compliment to my newly decorated home office. Since it is white, I did treat it with scotchguard to protect the fabric.

Looks nice but not a quality item. The screw holes did not line up on one arm so it's barely attached. It took all of my 200 lbs leaning on the other arm to get the screws into the misaligned holes. The wheels are cheap plastic garbage like you'd find on a $100 office chair and I've already had to replace them. Would strongly encourage you to avoid this chair and keep looking for something else.
