The delivery experience today with Wayfair was exceptional! They communicated every step of the way and made sure that I was home and ready to receive our new gorgeous chair! Alex and his associate did an exceptional job. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and very carefully maneuvered the chair into the house, avoiding other furniture. They also told me that they wanted to make sure that I was happy and that I have 30 days to decide whether or not I would be keeping the chair. I assured them I love the chair and told him how happy I was with their service!! They were professional and friendly!!

Love these chairs. Very comfortable!! Only one complaint, when you sit the back of the material gathered a little. Wish it was a little tighter. I plan to buy cushions so maybe that will help.

First off, the delivery was excellent. Called, texted, and very professional. The material is soft and a buttery gold - perfect! It swivels very smoothly and is a very comfortable chair for me and my husband (I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'2").
