I purchased this to have a place to put my printer and my files after downsizing and getting rid of a large desk that I no longer needed. It serves the purpose while the shelves give some additional storage, and the 2 extra doors are nice for storing accessories. It was fairly easy to put together except for one step. Be careful reading instructions, or it will appear as if youre missing one part when youre not. It was just a matter of turning one piece the correct way.

I love this. The drawers open smoothly and the furniture remains in its position since we locked the wheels. Inside drawers are white.

Sturdy construction. The assembly instructions are easier than most to follow. Very nice exploded CAD technical drawings. I wish the instructions had just a few English words, however -- even just subject headings. Parts are very clearly labeled. Every small piece of hardware was in its own labeled and resealable plastic bag; nice touch! But here's a caution: It is possible to install some pieces upside-down or backwards and not realize it until several steps later. I know; I did it. Luckily, there are no glue connections and the round cam connectors come apart and back together rather easily, so no harm done. But -- a note to laminated particleboard manufacturers: This doesn't have to be necessary. Simply offset some of the dowel connections by a quarter inch or so. It's not that hard. That way, if two pieces join together, you know they're supposed to. If they don't fit, that's a signal that something is backwards. You should never be able to join two pieces unless they are supposed to be joined. Come on, guys. Get with it and understand that human beings are assembling your product and we make mistakes. Make it impossible for us to do it wrong. Please!

This took an eon to put together. Looks stunning when all is finished but it is a LOT of work. Despite that, it looks incredible and is as functional as I need it to be. Just wish I didn't have to unassemble the filing drawer to move the rods that you hang your files on. Also the filing drawer is a pain to get in at first. So just be aware of that.

Was able to assemble stoned with little confusion. Manual was very polite and asked for my consent before screwing.

I really enjoy this piece in my office area. I also have the Ocilla Desk from Wayfair and I am pretty certain the wood color matches perfectly to the Gray Oak of this piece. They look like they go together. Assembly was easy enough, though with most wayfair projects takes a few hours. The only reason why it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that similar to what others have mentioned, the bottom big filing drawer does not close flush with where the pre-drilled hole marks are for the hardware. My husband and I ended up trying to freehand drilling it farther back and it closes flush, but is ever so slightly lopsided. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning for sure.
