I really like the way this chair sits it’s very comfortable. I didn’t like the way the back on one side was all smashed up and has no stuffing in it. The company sent a replacement but it was the wrong chair so I sent that one back and they resent another chair back and once again it was the wrong chair back and now it says no replacement parts available for this item so I’m stuck with it all smashed up on one side with no stuffing. I do think it’s a really nice chair though if it would have been unsmashed . I gave it a low rating because of the trouble I had trying to get a good back for it only to end up with the original smashed one. I wouldn’t recommend buying it from this company again but I would definitely buy again from Wayfair.
