This arrived quickly, was very well packed and assembly was very typical. This one has a little bit larger fireplace, which I had a hard time finding. The measurements are listed, so I'm not complaining about the size, the only thing I will do is to add two horizontal long 4" pieces underneath to get the whole unit just a little higher. Not a big deal, just a personal preference.

The fireplace was fairly easy to assemble, the Tv stand is sturdy and the fireplace works great, really warms up the room on a chilly day.

Got this put together by myself in about an hour and a half! Super simple to assemble. Fire works great with or without the heat, and puts out some decent heat, too. I love the cabinets and that they soft close. Looks really nice in my living room.
