I am so impressed with my new Ottomans!! they went great underneath a front entry table perfect sized and I was so impressed with the packaging that Wayfair provides!! I hope these will last me a great while, and they seem to be a great quality.

love it was easy to put together

I received white instead of light gray. Trying to contact customer service was difficult. I started a chat (suggested communication with CS is chat or text). I explained, answered all questions and sent the requested picture. Then the chat dropped. Lost. I repeated this process four more times, starting at the beginning. Lost the chat before resolution every single time. Very frustrating. Then I moved on to try to get some help by text. That went sideways too. I received a reply and I was waiting for an agent to connect. Then I rec'd a message that there system was down and try again in two hours. The next day I made telephone call and finally got help. They said the would ship the correct item out right away. Four days later I rec'd the replacement. Wrong again, another white one. I contact CS by chat and am told the only thing they can do for me is have me return the item and they will give me full refund. The end. I asked for some kind of compensation for all my time and frustration. Nope. Nothing. I am done with Wayfair. p.s. Next I ordered a gravity chair. You can't make this up. Wrong color and missing the pillow. Now I get to play with the chat people some more. Never again.
