Durable

The file cabinet I received has black edges on the back, which were neither shown in the pictures nor mentioned in the product description. Due to the layout of my office, the back of the cabinet is visible, and it looks quite unappealing as I was expecting an all-white piece, as described. When I contacted Wayfair to request a return or exchange, I was informed that I would need to pay the return delivery fees, which amount to nearly a quarter of the item’s price ($45). I find it unreasonable to be charged for returning a product that arrived different from what was described. I believe this is an issue caused by inaccurate information, and it doesn’t seem fair for me to bear the cost of Wayfair’s mistake.

This file cabinet was great at first but then fell apart. It does not handle very much weight.

Really hard to put together. Pieces aren't labeled. The bottom drawer sticks.

Good looking, suitable for office.
