We purchased professional service. The professionals left in the middle of the job because they were not allotted enough time. Angi was not able to confirm that professionals would come later 10/11 or even 10/12 to finish the job. I am unaware of professionals who leave jobs half finished before they move onto the next job.

First the positives, cabinet is built solid, with heavy drawer slides; is constructed with the twist lock fasteners. Maximum depth of drawer is legal size length. Cabinet is designed to be combined with an existing desk of same brand using a desktop for it's top. A couple minuses but not detrimental; on top 2 drawers their sides which make up drawer barely have 2 1/4 inches of inside height, that would possibly let objects higher go over sides with a fully loaded drawer. Also, why couldn't they have used self closing drawer slides, just a few dollars extra! Overall the filing cabinet works fine.
