Delivery was easy and right on time, and the delivery driver communicated clearly throughout the process. The couch itself is very comfortable, with a soft and bouncy feel—not firm at all. The color is beautiful and looks great in our space. I do wish the back cushions were a bit thicker, but we plan to add a few throw pillows, which should solve that easily. The ottomans are very large—so large that you could comfortably sleep on them like a twin-size bed. Overall, the couch is comfortable, stylish, and extremely spacious. We’re very happy with it.

The couch is comfortable, durable, and looks nice. I have the dark green one, so it does not show stains. It is easy to spot clean and holds up well to being scrubbed.

We love this sectional! It is interchangeable so we set ours up in an L-shape to better fit our living room. we also like using both ottomans in the L-shape to create a large "bed-like" style for movie nights. The pillows/back cushions were kind of flat so I ordered some extra foam filling for cheap to fluff them up and they are as good as new! I love the material, it almost reminds me of terrycloth.

Edit After having had this sectional for a month we moved it out to find a toy my child lost and found much more than we had imagined. The screw in the foot of one of the sectional pieces had punctured thru the plastic and our new flooring had deep grooves and scratches. After contacting Wayfair about the damage and sending pictures they sent replacement feet and stated we would be contacted by claims about the property damage. We were promised 7-10 business days. Sparing all the details we have never been contacted by the manufacturer about the damage. We were finally contacted by Wayfair after having contacted them again 3 times and being promised my claim would be expedited and I would hear something in 1-2 days, then it was 3-5 days, then another 7-10 days. In the interim Jeremy in Customer Affairs contacted me to state he had setup a return of my sectional and canceled my warranty without my consent. I will not return this sectional as I feel Wayfair is dragging their feet in paying for damages to my flooring and now they want back the sectional. It has now been almost 2 months and nothing from Wayfair about the property damage. Also, after replacing the foot on the sectional piece we discovered the foot is defective. The depth is not correct in the screw hole which prevents the screw from going all the way in. If you continue to try and screw the piece level the screw eats thru the plastic. Therefore if you screw it down level it will scratch the flooring again. By not screwing it completely as it is now the sectional does not sit level. So we have a sectional that sits lopsided and has grooves and scratches in brand new flooring. Buyer Beware!!! We shopped around for months for a couch to meet specific criteria for our small space namely, a lot of seats in a small space. We shopped at the big stores, local chains, and mompop shops with no luck. Nothing was as comfortable as the price tag dictated. We were at a loss. Finally, we revisited Wayfair and this couch was deeply discounted. My wife, the savvy shopper in our home, suggested we give it a try. After all for that price, what do we have to lose Admittedly, I didnt expect much from a budget couch. But when it arrived, I was surprised by the durable feel of the material (strong tread feel) and construction. Although the bases are hollow, they still feel steady. The cushions are supported by a flat bottom reinforced with box-spring-like bases that give a good bounce and enough sink to relax your body into comfort. Admittedly, I didnt expect much from a budget couch and boy was I surprised to find I love it! Its hard to get 8 people to agree on anything. But our family all agree this couch is worth every penny.
