Hello, I received the dining table, but it arrived damaged and defective. The tabletop is dented and cracked at the center seam, and the table base is uneven, causing the entire table to wobble and sit unlevel. This is a safety concern, and the table is not in acceptable condition for use. I have attached photos showing the damage. I would like a full replacement in new, undamaged condition, including a properly balanced base. If a complete replacement is unavailable, please issue a full refund and arrange pickup of the damaged table at no cost to me. Because the table is large, heavy, and already assembled, I am unable to repackage or transport it myself. Please arrange an appropriate pickup service. Thank you.

Upon delivery the first time, the pieces arrived damage but customer service resolved the issue pretty within a couple of days with zero hassle which I appreciate it. It is good quality and looks great. I am happy with my purchase.

Beautiful table for the price. Easy to put together. Sturdy, solid piece yet lightweight enough for one person to move if needed. Just want we needed. Very expensive and nice looking!

I’m extremely disappointed with this table. It looks very cheaply made and nothing like what I expected based on the listing. When it arrived, the box itself looked fine, so the damage clearly wasn’t from shipping. The issue seems to be with the quality of the materials and manufacturing. The table arrived with broken legs and multiple scratches across the tabletop. For something brand new, this is completely unacceptable. It honestly feels like a defective product rather than just bad luck during delivery. To make matters worse, customer support has not been helpful. I was told I have to wait for the manufacturer to contact me, which is frustrating when I just received a damaged item and want a quick resolution. On top of that, I noticed the price dropped right before I even received the table, and Wayfair does not offer price matching. So not only did I receive a damaged, low-quality product, but I also ended up paying more than necessary. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this table.
