Small Black Bookcase Arched Bookshelf

The assembly was hard….It took my husbands considerable and professional constructions skills to get this piece together over 2 hours. That being said….i love it, it’s perfect, polished and fits my aesthetic and space.Worth the hastle to build. Hint use a drill for the screws

I love the after result. But. It is a pain in the you know what to put together. That arch was almost impossible to bend into the narrow line they wanted me to fit it in. I almost threw in the towel after trying for an hour on just that part. Once I finally got it, it’s a great piece of furniture in my living room. It’s what you get for particle board I guess when you want this style of furniture.

This piece was very well packaged and delivered promptly. However, the particle board proved very hard to work with, in particular the top piece that you have to bend and slide into place. It didn’t fit properly.

Very cute bookshelf. Much smaller than what I was anticipating but that is my fault because it very clearly states the dimensions. Just keep that in mind when you buy. My husband put it together and said it wasn’t super easy to put together and some pieces didn’t fit great which is why I gave 4 stars. It’s beautiful though. Would look great in a small space or a nursery.

So this small black bookcase is super cute, but I give it a four because that top arch was a pickle to put together big pickle so if you’re needing a small cute difficult bookcase, this is your one. Fair price!

This bookshelf will not fit most hardcovers standing upright. I should have read the shelf dimensions but I did not. Like others mentioned the assembly of the top part was extremely difficult. It’s aesthetically pleasing but
