WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PATHETIC DISGUSTING RIDICULOUS service by WAYFAIR !!!!!!!! I ordered a GREY sofa set on 053125 but i got a BEIGE sofa set on 06052025. And for that i complained and it was said that we will ship a replacement grey sofa set but its not shipped for almost 10 days. And the top they are not cancelling my order and giving refund. If you dont have the grey sofa set on hand then why its showing in stock and sending a wrong colour n offering discounts.Thats really really bad.

Beautiful couch, a few pieces along the arms came missing but still nice.

This sofa is so glamorous and beautiful! Not sure if you noticed in the photos (I personally didn’t), but the buttons on the back are little crystals. It seems to me that this is a little detail that could go to tacky pretty easily… haha! But I personally think it works on this sofa and I love it. Very happy with this purchase.
