This bed was very easy to build. I built it by myself with maybe an hour a little bit more than an hour. The instructions will clear on how to use all the materials that they packed into the back of the headboard. The only thing that wasn’t clear was where to put the slats when you were adding that in but again you can use your best judgment of where to add in the screws. The bed is really great. Took us about 1.5 hours to built. I am a bit concerned though. We removed the mattress to put on a protector and noticed one of the bars was bent out of shape. It was not like this when we installed and only my 2 year old sleeps on this. He's not capable of bending the metal like this.
