John-Jaydyn 70'' Sideboard

THIS BEAUTIFUL SIDEBOARD ARRIVED AND I IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE. THEN WHEN I OPENED THE DOORS, THEY DROPPED DOWN. EACH TIME THE DOORS WERE OPENED, THEY FELL A LITTLE MORE. i EXPECT IT WAS A HINGE PROBLEM. I CALLED WAYFAIR AND GOT THE RUNAROUND ABOUT FIXING THE DOORS. ONE PERSON SAID THEY COULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THEM AND THE NEXT PERSON SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THAT AND THEY HAD NO MORE SIDEBOARDS SO I COULDN'T EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER. SO I DECIDED TO RETURN THE ITEM. WE WAITED ALL DAY ON SATURDAY FOR THE PICKUP BUT NO ONE CAME OR CALLED. SO HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT SATURDAY. i HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER ONE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I WAS CHECKING WAYFAIR'S ITEMS THIS MORNING AND FOUND THAT THEY DO HAVE MORE TO SELL. NO HAPPY WITH WAYFAIR AT ALL. IN THE PAST THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT NOW I'M NOT SO SURE.

This sideboard is constructed with quality materials, it is a beautiful piece of furniture that serves multiple purposes. I purchased the white option; it looks amazing in my entry way! There is an abundant amount of storage inside. The shelves are generous in size and very well-built. I love the design; however, I would make a change to the hardware. Personally, I think the hardware is very underwhelming for this piece of furniture. The acrylic and gold handles are a great contrast, but I feel they would have more of an impact if they were larger. I am searching for a separate set of pulls – I will not change the acrylic and gold. I would definitely purchase this furniture again! It is well priced, and you cannot beat the white glove delivery! My delivery team were magnificent! If you are in the market for a white sideboard with gold accents – this is an amazing choice.
