No words can describe how extremely upset I am with this product and the entire experience. First of all, it took 7 months to receive this item. I understand, with Covid, there have been delays with shipping furniture. However, I would have appreciated realistic updates from Wayfair and/or the third-party store (Everly Quinn). I would say this item was delayed 8-10 times. The shipping date would come and go but I wouldn't get a status update until after the date had passed. Over the course of this time, I called Wayfair multiple times to ask for updates but they were never able to give any other information than what was listed on my order. After 7 months of waiting, the item was delivered. I left clear delivery instructions for FedEx, which they failed to follow. The item was left outside in front of my building in the snow without any notification. I then had to carry the couch up to my apartment by myself. On top of that, the package was extremely damaged and clearly repackaged (very poorly might I add). To no surprise, the velvet had damaged spots and the legs and seat frame were missing. I called to report this to Wayfair. They have sent the missing parts which are going to take another month to arrive. They gave me a 15% refund, which I think is quite diminishing considering everything. In terms of the item itself, it is different than pictured. You can see that Wayfair or Everly Quinn (not sure who is responsible) has uploaded two different products in the images. They both reflect different shapes and colours of the actual product. The green is much more of a blue colour and the arm was a different shape than pictured. I will say, whenever I did call Wayfair, the staff were always very kind. I appreciated their assistance even though there was not much they could do. I know a lot of this is not directly Wayfairs fault, but nevertheless, it was part of the ordering experience. I can't believe I waited 7 months for a damaged couch. After this whole experience, I can’t even stand to look at this couch. A regretful purchase indeed.
