These chairs are very beautiful, but they are uncomfortable and unstable and one came with a dent, so I returned them.

They are beautiful. It was very easy to set up an comfortable. The metal is a metallic gold finish that I love. The packaging also came with extra screws! I will definitely buy another set to finish off my bar area!

My review is about the refund process. I returned two sets of these bar stools. I shipped each set from the same place on the same date. Two representatives advised each set had been received by Wayfair. However, I have only been refunded for one set. The other set reflects the refund is pending upon receipt of merchandise. I have no confidence in the third representative with whom I spoke today, Trey. Trey seemed inept. He advised someone would contact me from the finance department, but based on my interaction with him, I do not trust his information. He totally seemed like he did not know what he was doing. My experience has not been a good one, and it has bolstered my apprehension about online shopping. The hassle of repeatedly calling and reaching no resolution makes me not want to Patronize Wayfair again.
