The handle which raises and lowers the chair broke clean off on multiple stools. Wayfair sent new stools eventually, but only after the vendor refused to do anything and, at one point, said we were scamming them. Beautiful stools other than the fact that they might get permanently stuck in a position.

Crazy gorgeous chairs! The red ones are more wine red than bright red which was a pleasant surprise.
