both nightstands arrived and were dropped in the driveway on their sides. both nightstands were damaged around the top edge, the drawer, and the bottom edge. The packaging was such that in order to get the nightstands out of the packaging it had to be cut off and completely removed. BUYER BEWARE... if you need to return an item, you need to save the original packaging and pack it all back up. Since I ordered the bed frame and also the dresser, this was going to be a nice new set. Now all I have is a banged used looking set. Very sad. Customer service initially directed me to the manufacture who said they would send a new drawer to replace the damaged drawer, but the didn't address the other damage to the units, only offering a 20% discount to keep them. They could have used that 20% to send me more packaging so I could return the until, but no. Wayfair is not an easy company to deal with. Even if you pay for professional assembly, be prepared to clean up the mess and dispose of all of the packing materials, because they do not take them away with them. I think this was my last straw. I've purchased so many items and have dealt with the little dings and damage in the past because it was easy to order and it showed up when it said it would, but I honestly feel like the hassle isn't worth it anymore. Why pay for damaged goods. Just my experience.
