The arms and legs are splitting apart on the chair. The glue is not holding that.. please send out a replacement

Beautiful chair, roomy and exactly as described. Easy to put together although we had slight issue with one of the chair backs as hole alignment didn’t align with the screw hole and we could not complete assembly. It is in hidden area and off a smidge so husband drilled another hole and that worked. We have a 5 for one chair but a 4 on the other due to the screw hole alignment problem.
