Chilhowee Bed

The frame itself is nice looking, but the support system is cheaply made garbage. Arrived already cracked, quoted 2 months for replacement parts. Contacted customer service, assured manufacturer would be contacting us and parts would come sooner because quote was inaccurate. Clearly not, have not received any further communication or parts and it’s been over a month. Repaired support with glue and duct tape ourselves temporarily, support broke in one day with one adult simply sitting on the bed. My husband had to go to the hardware store and build a whole new support. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this Furniture Of America garbage. This is absolutely not worth the price, I wish I had just sealed it back up and returned it day one. If you do take the chance, keep the big ol’ boxes. You’ll need them to return.

Looks nice, but the bed I bought is either too long for a California King or the mattress I bought is too short.

I’m not happy at all when I received this product with a lot of trouble. We spent couple hours to fixed them and finished. I feel better when you guys should credit back to me. The product is poor quality. Don’t waste money on it.

This bed frame is everything I dreamed of. The wood is super sturdy and it's very well-made. The instructions say that, on a scale of 1-5, the assembly is a 3...but I disagree. I found it to be a 1-2 in terms of assembly--VERY simple and straightforward.

Looks great wish my mattress arrived on time.
