Misleading Product Images – Poor Resolution Handling The dining table I received looks nothing like the product shown on the website. The color is significantly darker and the overall appearance feels much cheaper than what was advertised. This is not a minor lighting difference — it is a material mismatch between the listing photos and the actual product. When I contacted customer service, I was told the photos were taken under “strong sunlight” and that the difference was normal, and I was encouraged to keep the item in exchange for a discount rather than being offered a proper resolution. This was extremely frustrating. If accurate product representation matters to you, I would proceed with caution. Based on my experience, the images do not reliably reflect what you will receive.
