Table de chevet en bois massif

Super cute! I measured before buying and it's exactly the height and width mentioned, but I wish it was 1-2 inches higher, so it would be the same height as the Camfort Solid Wood Nightstand, which looks like its in the same family. The smell other people were talking about was true (it was pretty bad when I opened it) but it didn't linger and went away after a few hours leaving it out in the open air. Fits perfectly with my midcentury modern bedroom. Overall, happy with my purchase!

A solid mini nightstand with a mid century modern design! I purchased a similar nightstand from the same collection to pair but note that this nightstand is noticeably shorter and not as deep. Docking 2 stars because of the awful smell. The shipping boxes smelled heavily like mildew which infused the wood with a similar smell. It was not raining at the time of shipment and the shipping box was completely dry but smelly. Once furniture is exposed to mold, it is very difficult to remove.

Cute little well-made, nightstand, and just what I needed. But eeeew, what’s that smell This is the second piece of furniture that I’ve gotten where the packaging and box and item all have this unidentifiable rather noxious smell. I would recommend unpackaging it outside or in a garage rather than dragging it in a house and maybe let the item air out a little bit before you put it in place. It does go away. Don’t know if it’s where they store them or if it comes all the way from the factory. That’s really the only reason that I’m giving four stars instead of five.
