Ulen 72.05" Recessed Arm Sofa

Beautiful sofa! BUT, the hardest sofa I’ve ever sat on! It’s like a brick! I hope as it gets used, it breaks in a bit. My son looks like a giant on it, so just know it’s smaller than it looks in the pictures. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it fits our space. Who knows if anyone will ever sit on it to break it in Haha!!

Hard to put together alone, directions do say you need two people for one section. Very cute couch, perfect for one person if you have occasional company. I can lay down fully on it comfortably. I love the wooden arms which is why I bought it. The angle of the back is attractive, and also offers good lower back support when seated against it.

Solid, sturdy couch, but I would recommend having two people assemble as recommended in the instructions.

Looks great, easy to assemble but not too comfortable

Love this couch...first one shipped was damaged during delivery. Tried to put it together anyway, but the wood support split when tightening the hardware. Made a quick call to Wayfair and they immediately placed an order for parts to repair it, however, during taking the sofa apart, more pieces were damaged than immediately noticed. Wayfair replaced the entire unit and it came within 5 days. The second unit was perfect and went together with only one person. I did brace the front crossbeam when placing the bottom cushion in as it looks like the weakest part of the sofa to put a ton of pressure on to get the bottom cushion to seat properly. Once complete, it's perfect for me...not too big, lovely design and finish and FIRM...which I prefer. Got the chair to match and one ottoman, but will be ordering another ottoman once they become available again.

Very happy with this sofa. Colour is true to picture. Shipping box was damaged and had small scratch on one leg. Contacted Wayfair and they were very quick to credit discount. Great customer service

Haven’t really started using it, but here’s some initial feedback • easy 45min 1-person install, should be faster with 2 people. I used some cabinet clamps during one of the steps • Super firm, the way I like it. • Back support kind of low, but nothing some large pillows won’t fix. • sits low but good for middle - slightly higher tv mounts • wood legs and back support are gorgeous

Looks great. Not easy to assemble. Cushion is very hard and stiff so it is not a comfortable sofa. I am putting it in a lobby so it's fine for my purpose.
