Bed was ok - I am not sure it was worth the price bc the drawers are not lined properly w the bed underneath- aside from that, just listing stated white delivery, but they dropped it off in boxes and did not put it together. When I contacted the delivery company as well as Wayfair, they basically said they can’t guarantee the delivery person will do the white glove delivery. The customer service agent I got actually refunded me some money so I could hire someone externally, but it was incredibly inconvenience since my husband had just had surgery and the reason we ordered this particular bed was for the great delivery option. It delayed putting it together for several weeks since we had to find someone to do it.  looking back I definitely would have rather purchased a week from a furniture store.

Exactly what we needed for an upgrade from our futon. Instructions were very condensed, hard to decipher the pictures, but we took our time and only had to redo a few steps. Seems like a very sturdy product. We purchased 9" mattresses. Cannot wait for our first guest to try out.

Damaged when it arrived -now need to figure out how to make a claim or return.
