EDIT! The problem was mine, not Wayfair's. The instructions were not exactly clear and I had to assume (I hate that word) how to assemble. I called Customer Service and they got me straightened out quickly. My bad. Methinks I overreacted. I have just placed another Wayfair order for an unrelated item. I ordered two wooden bar stools (my very first ever Wayfair order), some assembly required; upon attempting to put things together, I discovered that the machined holes for leg stretchers (side cross pieces) were off by almost six inches on the front legs compared to the back legs. AND the front crosswise stretcher (foot rest piece) will not mate together because either 1) the ends on the stretcher are incorrectly milled because the oval section is 3/16 inch TOO TALL for hole, or 2) the holes for the front stretcher are milled 3/16th TOO SHORT for the stretcher ends to fit in. No way in hell those parts are going to mate up as the instruction plan shows. So now I am stuck with two big boxes of wooden chair parts that are absolutely useless. I would rate this Wayfair a ZERO if I could. To say I am very disappointed in Wayfair is an understatement.

My husband and I looked a while to find counter height bar stools. These are absolutely perfect! They came in good secure packaging without any broken or missing parts. Each stool took us about 30 minutes to put together, and we highly recommend an electronic drill (it made assembly much easier). The color was perfect and the stool itself is very durable. Highly recommend!
