Montauk 24'' W Solid Wood Nightstand

We purchased three of these sets to furnish our coastal home and so happy with the ease of assembly, the LOOK and quality of the furniture.

I recently purchased two of these nightstands to match the bed frame from the same collection, and overall, they look beautiful together. The wood appears to be real wood, and once assembled, the nightstands are sturdy and feel solid. Assembly was definitely the biggest challenge. It took my husband about an hour to put each one together, and let’s just say there was a little bit of cussing involved along the way! There is quite a bit of drilling required, so I would recommend having the proper tools, including a drill and a hammer. The good news is that all of the necessary hardware is included. My biggest complaint is the drawers. While functional, they don’t seem to be the same quality as the rest of the nightstand. The drawers don’t sit perfectly even, and they don’t slide as smoothly as I would expect for the price. To some people, this may not be a big deal, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and it’s noticeable enough to be somewhat irritating. I was disappointed that after spending this amount of money, the drawers don’t align quite right. That said, the drawer issue isn’t a deal breaker for me. The nightstands themselves are attractive, sturdy, and look fantastic alongside the matching bed frame. Despite my frustration with the drawers, I still really like the overall appearance and quality of the nightstands. If drawer alignment and smooth operation are important to you, it’s something to consider. Otherwise, they’re beautiful pieces that add a lot to the room.

This whole set is lovely! The nightstands are just the right size and perfect accompaniment to the bed. Solid and sturdy. Straightforward and simple to assemble. Worth the extra bit of money for the solid wood.One drawer face has a small gouge in it but I have reached out to Wayfair customer service for support.
