I've had the chair for about a week now and so far, so good. It was pretty easy to assemble, but there were two of us working together, so putting this together solo might be a little more challenging. I thought the instructions were well illustrated, the parts adequately identified in the instruction manual, and were pretty easy to follow. As for the chair itself, it's a huge improvement for me over my previous one. I use it for both working from home during the day and working on my own computer at night (one desk, two purposes). My only complaints, and they are NOT deal-breakers: 1) the seat cushion is a little firmer than I would have liked (gives me a bit of a sore tailbone); 2) the "foot rest" only comes under my calves—I'm only 5' 5" (1.67 m), so this might be a bigger issue for someone taller (how tiny is the gal in the photo that she's putting her feet on it?!); and 3) the lumbar pillow doesn't Velcro to the chair, so it falls forward onto the seat every time I stand up (I do usually keep it upside down, but even right way round, it falls forward). All in all, though, totally worth it!

Nice suede finish. Delivery took a few days. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Not as great as pictured but okay. The armrest is squished and wrinkled from packaging and has stayed that way. The foot rest is hard and annoying to try to pull out push back in. Color is like the picture.

The assembly instructions were for a completely different chair. It was also missing parts.

The product is great. I really like how soft the cushions are and they’re very comfortable. The only difficult part was the assembly.
