The finished bed is cute and my 7-year-old son absolutely loves it and says it’s very comfortable, but unfortunately the assembly experience made it not worth it for me. Putting this bed together was horrible. Some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up or simply weren’t there, and we actually had to measure and calculate in centimeters to figure out where to drill holes into the wood ourselves. There were also several scratches and pieces of wood that arrived slightly bent. We eventually got it together and my son is happy with it, which is the biggest positive, but for the price I expected much better quality control and a significantly easier assembly process. Knowing what I know now, I personally would not purchase it again.
