I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the couch I purchased. Unfortunately, it does not meet my expectations, and I would like to request a full refund. The color is much darker than the images on your website, which was a major disappointment. Additionally, the cushions are extremely thin and uncomfortable, despite letting them air out for 24 hours, which, by the way, was not even mentioned in the directions. Furthermore, the armrests are poorly constructed and wobble, adding to the overall poor quality of the product. Given these issues, I believe a full refund is the most reasonable resolution, and I would appreciate it if shipping costs could be waived, as the product was not as described. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
