Definitely need a box spring! Without a boxspring your mattress will sink. Especially if it memory foam. Bed only came with 4 slates which is not enough to consider the bed as platform. Huge gap between mattress and headboard. Add boxspring for height and stability. Other than the bed being falsely advertised as platform. It looks cute and wasn’t too hard to assemble.

The bed arrived and appears dingy, not off-white, more yellowish...some of the instructions were very confusing. Wood pieces that were included were damaged. This will be going back. Very disappointed

We just finished remodeling a house and it takes an eternity to get workers to show up. I ordered the bed in February and my husband just put it together. I’m disappointed at how low a 14” mattress sits on it. Where the slat and the screw are to be screwed in together, the screw is stripped. Please advise what can be done.

The young lady who arrived to assemble my bed was extremely knowledgeable, polite. Well equipped with How To Assemble without ANY instructions. WayFair you MUST improve the quality of New Items. My brand new headboard is FILTHY. Someone must have purchased & returned, but WayFair sold to me apwith Brand New pricing. I have another bed coming, the Karl Upholstered Low Platform bed, a very futuristic bed, I HOPE my next bed arrives brand new. I also purchase both of my Full Size Jenna Modway Mattress, pillow top, 14 inch Hybrid from WayFair, those mattress are great.
