I ordered a bed and only received a small box. The delivery person had no information about the rest of the shipment and couldn’t tell me when or if the remaining parts would arrive. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better communication and service. I can’t even assemble the bed without the missing pieces. Very poor experience.

I just put this bed in my daughter's bedroom and it has become blatantly obvious that it is beige and not white. It really clashes with the pure white of her bedroom. Although she loves the storage options, I am quite disappointed in its appearance in her bedroom. The description and pictures are deceiving. If I had known, I would not have purchased it.
