The item arrived damaged with two big cracks on both sides of the base. The company said āwe can only offer you 5% refund because we limit our customerās expectations.ā Unfortunately my husband opened the package and threw the original packaging out so I was not able to return the item in itās original packaging which is what the requirement is. Do not order from them unless you are ready to return your item so keep the original packaging. They admit they sent me a flawed and broken item but left me with zero respectable and acceptable options. I highly advise you not to order from them.
