Executive Chair with Headrest

initially nice but did not take tong before break down

Overall 2/5 stars. (-1 star) cushion looks soft in pictures, but the foam inside is almost of board-like firmness unfortunately. Going to need a cushion to sit on or I'm going to lie to myself and hope it will soften with time (-1 star) Also, the back does not recoil when you recline. The reclining feature is not fully explained in the description. It is not like a normal office chair where you lean into it and it springs back. It's more like got a clamp, where you lock and unlock the backrest to stay at certain angles. So if you set it at some angle, it will stay at that angle until you reset it...not actually practical for daily office use. (-1 star) Lastly, while it does look nice, the hardware, including screws, that connects the backrest to the seat is completely exposed. They did a great job of the design of the hardware connecting the headrest to the backrest, but should have also done something with the bottom attachments. Doesn't even feel "industrial" with the exposed hardware, just looks unfinished. The massage feature exists and works, but not very strong even at max power. Packaging was good and the chair looks like the pictures, outside of what's mentioned above. Was quite impressed with this aspect given its made in china. Instructions are decent. I would return it, except I don't want to deal with the hassle of repacking it, return shipping costs, and finding something different/better.

Back adjust only works if you lock it to the position you want.

This chair looks good but lacks in many key areas. I have had this chair for 3 months and it has already lost its hydraulic functionality so if u put it up, it will automatically go back down. The seat cushioning is so lumpy and uncomfortable I have to put a pillow under me so that my back is not aching. Lastly the massage function is amazing, however, the cord gets wrapped around and tangled under the wheels so much that after a while the cord just snapped!! And that is the end of a $300 office chair. Overall I would not recommend this chair.

Great chair for whatever you want to use it for!
