Missing parts! Unfortunately, we purchased this while building our additional unit on our property. So we didn't get to this right away. Once the ADU was completed, we started putting everything together. We found out we were missing part #8 for this bed frame. And I'm now past my 30 days so, not too happy about. Unable to return. Unable to request parts. I reached out to their customer service team by text and they couldn't do anything for me because of it being past 30 days BUT, they did look up the manufacturing to see if they had a manufacturer's warranty, and it did! They were able to put my request as a priority and should be receiving my parts soon. Wonderful customer service!

It looks cool and is sturdy. The drawers don’t have tracks so it takes some concentration to push them in straight, but the storage is handy.

The headboard had been poked and has a hole and the LED light keeps shutting off and the only way to get it back on is unplug the USB. Also, one of the headboard threads was damaged and the bolt barely started and tightened.

simply love this bed. I had never seen anything like it before. The LED lights look amazing. The charging station was easy to put together and is very functional. The six drawers on wheels provide additional st drawers on wheels provide additional storage
