The packaging arrived in perfect condition, and the frame color looks exactly as pictured online. Unboxing and setup were a breeze—the written instructions were clear, and they even provided a QR code for a video walkthrough, which was super helpful. I was initially worried because I had seen some negative reviews for this same model on other sites, but my experience was completely different. Everything aligned perfectly when following the steps, and all the required assembly tools were included right in the box. Compared to other manufacturers making similar Zinus-style frames, Zinus really nailed the engineering here—they smartly pre-screwed several parts at the factory, minimizing what actually needs to be assembled at home. I love this bed so much! It is gorgeous solid wood!!! The directions are super simple. It took me and a helper 30-40 minutes to put this together. A second person is useful just because the head board is quite heavy to handle alone. Not impossible, you could do it alone. Seriously, easiest bed I have ever put together.
