Ordering a sofa without sitting on it or seeing it in person can be risky. But the other reviews convinced me it must be a well built sofa. Plus it was made by a reputable company Lazyboy. The sofa is really built well and comfortable. We were pleased with the softness of the fabric too. Overall a great sofa and great price. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful couch. Like other reviews the actual couch isn’t a beige/cream color but more of a greige (gray-beige). Classic looking couch and we’re happy with it

Beautiful, comfortable, soft, firm, luxury. Movers were excellent maneuvering the steps to the second floor, it was tight, but we made it! The color is more gray, which was definitely a disappointment .

Very happy with this sofa! Even nicer in person! Comfortable, cushions are firm so I have no problems getting up from my sofa!
