Arrived damaged. It has been difficult reaching customer service. We thought we could try to salvage it with wood glue but the slats on the front of the headboard no longer are flush so we have gaps with unpainted finish showing making it not usable. The description says solid wood - it’s VERY thin. We are out the cost of this. Very disappointed.

The bed arrived and was packaged well. Some pieces had scuff marks but not enough to return. Unfortunately some of the directions were hard to follow. The holes didn’t line up and some pieces were mislabeled.

Headboard posts did not match. Had to router a groove to slide into the headboard. Predrilled holes did not line up. Missing screws. Very poor quality.
