Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. Very cute table. The table was able to be assembled in maybe 10 minutes very fast easy straight forward. However, the chairs we received came pre drilled but the screen holes didn’t line up when it came to fastening the back of the chair on. The seats were easy but the back of the chair was by far the hardest. I do not see anyone being able to do the chairs solo so definitely would be a second hand if your holes were as poorly placed as ours. Once we got it it done we were happy we this finished product. I really like these chairs! They’re comfortable and provide great support, and overall I’m very happy with how they look and feel. I’m giving them four stars because the assembly instructions are not very clear. The first chair took us way too long to assemble because we followed the instructions exactly as they were shown. It wasn’t until we finished the first chair that I realized the instructions are actually in the wrong order. I started with the last step instead, and after that, assembling the other chairs was super easy and much faster. For a moment, we honestly regretted buying them because the first one was so frustrating to put together. But once we figured out the correct way to assemble them, it really wasn’t that bad. There were a couple cosmetic issues with some of the bench pieces (small scratches and even a crack) but I had completely forgotten about them since.
