Couch is very nice, I wish the seat part had a little more depth but once you recline it’s very comfortable.

We received our first couch and it wouldn’t recline. The Wayfair team was quick to send someone out to fix it. When the guy couldn’t fix it they sent a replacement right away. The delivery guys, Stephon and Roberto, were nice enough to help me move the damaged one out and bring in the new one. They made sure this one worked. The couch and recliner are oversized and very comfortable. Well worth the money and I highly recommend.

A very sucks I have so much issue with them is it don't work right it's the better this is the second one you can climb out with it while you're not sitting in it but when you sit here it won't climb out

Love this couch! The comfort is exceptional! My old couch was so warn out I forgot what true comfort felt like. Very pleased with my purchace.

Couch came quickly, within a couple weeks. Was very pleased with the white glove delivery. The couch is extremely soft. Its like being wrapped in a blanket. Some of it is wrinkled but Im hoping that it will smooth out eventually. My husband is 6ft tall and it is perfect for him. He is very pleased with it. So glad we spent the money and got what we wanted.
