Espana 51'' Upholstered Tufted Storage Ottoman

Color was exactly the gray that was pictured. Super quick delivery, assembly was okay, typical of this type of produce. Dimensions worked great!

This was a night mare. The first package was missing a bracket. I returned it for a replacement. The second one I could not assemble at all. The holds were misaligned making it impossible to put screws in. A zero would be appropriate. Most of my furniture has come from Wayfair and I was pleased with it. This one clearly miss the mark. I wasted so much time between returning and talking on the phone to resolve.

I attempted to put this ottoman together myself. Using the screwdriver provided was hard, i ended up getting a bigger screwdriver and electric drill. The bottom seems like it was little big, I could not get all the screws down on the ottoman. Don't get me wrong, I love the color and the style. But I will never put one of these together again.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the bottom arrived with a crack in it but other than that it’s beautiful and exactly as shown

I got this bench in blue velvet and I love it so much I keep trying to find a spot for another one. It’s gorgeous, sturdy, and assembly was super easy. So glad I got this!
