Wayfair delivered this item to the wrong house. I don't know where the package is. I contacted support to let them know that they sent my $400 chair to the wrong house. They told me to, and I quote, "Wait 3 days to see if it shows up before we're willing to even start the conversation about compensating you for our mistake." Unreal that they then beg me to post up a review for a chair that they delivered to the wrong address. So, here's my review. Someone is enjoying a chair that I spent $400 on and Wayfair refuses to do anything about it until 3 days later.

Love it, nice and firm, lovely fabric, feel durable yet soft. Excellent for siting with crossed, I'm 5'9", 180 pds and it still feels like a big chair without all the puff and bulkiness of a recliner.

Great quality, easy to put cover on and off. I would definitely buy another one in a different color!

Easy assembly! This isn’t anything fancy but for the cost, it’s a sturdy, easy-to-put-together, large lounge chair. Extra pillows required for those that want a more cushioned experience. For the overall price, it’s a good value but definitely isn’t anything fancy.

Not comfortable at all save your money and buy in store where you can try out. Not what I expected.
