Description is deceptive. This unit definitely does not hold a tv upto 65”! The top shelf could not even hold my 55” TV. Unit is much smaller than what it looks. Not at all satisfied with the purchase since the item is not as expected!

This stand is beautiful in design and function, it lacks in finish durability and core substrate material. It works as designed and attended. I’m not mad or surprised, as at this price point, I knew it would go either way.

...Once finally assembled, this is an excellent TV stand although, I had expected a little more height with this unit (maybe three inches taller). The big "downside" to assembly is the disorganization in the instructions and, most of the parts are NOT numbered which make assembly all the more difficult since the labor involve some trial and error, i.e.: trying different pieces to see if they fit before adding glue, using screws or figuring out which 'screw' clamps to use..! The clear plastic bag containing the screws were not "numbered" nor did each compartment have a letter designation as per the parts list on the assembly instruction sheet. Overall, this is a beautiful piece of furniture and I only wish the manufacturer would NUMBER the parts and fasteners properly so the assembly can go a lot faster...!
