I submitted my order on March 23rd and the bed came with a lot of parts missing. I ordered a replacement for the missing parts and none of the things they sent fits the bed. They sent me another bed’s parts. It’s been almost a month since I purchased this bed and I literally have the outside 4 parts only. No legs no panel and no screws or assembly instructions. The worst experience I have had with any purchase I made anywhere. I’m so frustrated and confused on what to do with all this packages that can’t be assembled together. Packing and send this back is also another hustle. Do better!!!!!!!
