I was really disappointed in the condition I recieved the table in. The vinyl strips that give the table it's sleek look came either hanging off the table or in broken pieces in the box. Not to mention, there's plastic tabs to ensure the floor doesn't get scratched when moving the table around. Only 8 were given when 10 are necessary. The instructions even show 10 spots to put them. Overall just really disappointed.

Not inexpensive, but cheaply made. Only have the hinge holes are predrilled, and once built it is wobbly. Also, the outside "wood" peeled off. Don't purchase.

Hard to assemble. The holes don’t line up and the hinges don’t lay flat.

Love the table as finally assembled - perfect for a small apartment. BUT assembly is a nightmare. No English instructions. No parts list. Hardware is just in a bag. Screws (of which there are many) not predrilled and require effort. Other Wayfair pieces have instructions available on the website I can see why this did not.

quality is pretty good for the price, it servers its purpose = save space.

The table was almost impossible to assemble. The directions were confusing, none of the "pre drilled" holes lined up, and it was impossible to assemble by myself. I had to grab a friend and borrow my neighbors power tools in order to assemble it. As far as using it, its not bad. Its hard to sit right up to the table, because there isn't much room for my legs (and I have short legs), but otherwise it does the job. It is nice being able to collapse it when not using it to help save space!

Very functional. Finish is a bit rough, but for a game table, it is just fine.

This table is valued at 265 which is too much - one third of the screws need their holes drilled before you can fit them. The caps for the screws are gimmicky and tough to apply, and the wood fails to stay together and becomes misaligned easily by hasty design and crude joints. If I’d bought this for 200 I’d be happy, it still serves its purpose. Came damaged as to be expected I was told I’d be contacted in a day it has now been four, no surprises though Xfinity’s customer service of saying one thing and then actually doing nothing whatsoever has prepared me well. For this you will certainly need an electric drill and patience, but for cheap, ineffective space-saving this table is beautifully overpriced.

This drop leaf table is made from composite "looks like wood" materials. The screws holding it together are very small. The design is interesting, and it would be fine if you don't plan on opening and closing it frequently. In one central place, it doesn't line up perfectly... so if you care about details, this might bother you. In the long run, you might not care because it's only off by a quarter of an inch.
