Tricky assembly and vague instructions – electric drill or long screw driver highly recommended. I had an issue with one of the pieces, but customer service got back to me with the correct recommendation in less than a day. The couch looks great! Its deep and comfortable so far, and the back is higher than most similar options.

Beautiful sofa! Very comfortable and I love the color. We ordered green but I love that it is more official a brown/gold neutral tone. I had some issues with accessory pieces missing (still in process of receiving). Overall look and quality great for the price.

Love it! Shipping was very fast. We wanted a large comfy sofa for our play room and this is great! Very easy to assemble took about 15 mins to put together. Was shipped in 3 boxes ,cushoins ,sides and assembly pieces were found under main pieces in zippered bottom. It is very spacious. Love the color we ordered black color but it's actually a charcoal gray which is what is pictured in website.

Very soft very comfortable. Definitely on the firmer side. They are removable covers. The light grey is so pretty.

This couch is great, not as green as we thought, but still very pretty. And very comfortable,everyone really likes it.

Love love love these couches. My only complaint is that there isn’t a matching ottoman, but still not a huge deal. Came exactly as described and so comfy. Perfect for my log cabin!
