I was skeptical about buying over the internet, but very pleased after I received this chair. Looks great!.

Extremely disappointed because I chose the blue color and its really not blue at all, its gray with maybe a hint of blue. Its also a much darker shade than what is depicted in the photos and no lighting is going to change that. I spent 6 months trying to find a blue reclining couch and reclining chair set because our living room doesnt work for a couch and love seat. I had my heart set on blue bc my living room is decorated with shades of blue and green with gold accents. The couch and chair dont look bad because its a pretty neutral color still but Im really sad to spend this amount of money for a furniture set that is not the color I wanted. As far as comfort goes I personally like it but its pretty stiff so if youre looking for something soft and cushy, this is not for you. I like it bc it feels supportive and I do feel like it will last a long time before the cushions start dipping and sinking in. So if youre looking for a neutral gray recliner then this would be great. But if youre looking for something thats actually blue then this is a no go.

Great packaging! Im not an athlete 70 years old woman and was able to put this recliner together. All parts are not too heavy and labeled and the instruction sheet is included, the power connection is in the back of the chair, but it is not clear in the instructions. The red ribboned power cord is underneath the base of the chair. My husband loves his new chair!
