Great chair but had trouble with holes lining up on 1 arm gave up and hired a professional assembly pro they had trouble to but got it together. Its very comfortable!

I am so disappointed in this chair and I wanted and tried to like it but its just not a good product. It looks great but when you sit in it you realize its got problems. The seat cushion has no support; its just a nice piece of fabric filled with a puffy stuffing that has no strength to support your rear end. And to compound the seat cushion; because of the lack of firmness or support you feel like you're sliding out of the chair. Same problem with the back. If i could I would have returned it but I paid for assembly and there's no way I could disassemble and repackage for return. The professional who performed the assembly took over an hour to put the chair together. Like I said, I'm disappointed with this chair and would like some kind of customer service response.
