These swivel barstools are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. I gave it three stars, due to one of the seat backs have holes drilled in the wrong side and can't be secured. I've tried calling several times and the message says the office is closed. So, I'm only able to use two of my three stools. Their customer service flier specifically says, "call before you return".
